Role Summary: Responsible for ensuring our people are cared for at Chick-fil-A Ina at Thornydale.

What we are looking for from a Director position:

• Experience in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Ability to create and maintain talent strategy, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding paperwork, training, culture, and retention.
• Ability to perform payroll, schedule, time punches, and other various labor functions.
• Ability to oversee cash management, billing, invoicing, and other financial checks and balances within the business.
• Ability to order inventory for restaurant supplies, uniforms, and other needs.
• Ability to understand and ensure legal compliance across various aspects of the business.
• Ability to oversee vendors providing services within the restaurant.
• Ability to work positions within the restaurant as needed.
• Ability to work Monday-Saturday, various schedules based on needs of the business and role.
