Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The Customer Care/Inside Sales position will oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- They are responsible for working with the sales team on customer acquisition and ensuring the best customer experience before, during, and after jobs are completed; this includes increasing sales, generating leads for the Sales Department and following up on leads.
- The ideal candidate is a professional, fast-paced individual, a go-getter and great communicator who thrives in providing the best experience to customers.
- Previous inside sales and customer service experience is strongly preferred.
- No previous experience in the roofing field is required!
Requirements:
- Increases sales by developing product knowledge and explaining proposals to customers over the phone or via remote presentations.
- As part of a team, creates the best environment to close as many deals as possible with integrity.
- Coordinates communications, including answering incoming calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients via email and other applications.
- Keeps log of all leads in cloud based applications, CRM and sales books;
- Helps homeowner get what they deserve, the best.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality, professionalism and ethics.
- Schedules appointment between the customer and Project Manager and updates the calendar of assigned Project Managers
- Assist project manager with requests/needs while they are in the field
- Helps customers before during and after projects are completed
- Coordinates contract changes with the Estimating Department when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,386.00 - $108,897.00 per year
