The Coordinator is part of a team supporting our vast content marketplace, including internally owned and partner-owned programs. This individual works closely with the GM and members of the leadership team to coordinate and assist with various operational tasks. The Coordinator has a keen eye for detail and is a self-starter with excellent communication skills.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conserve leadership’s time by managing calendars and travel, as well as drafting letters and documents.
  • Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
  • Read and analyzing incoming emails and documents, and distributing them as needed.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Coordinate events as necessary.
  • Maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Complete projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results.
  • Create and manage agendas, minutes and other meeting assets.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Other duties as required.
Job Specifications

A. KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum High School or Associates Degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in project or executive coordination

B. SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Travel and scheduling logistics

C. ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Proven ability to work independently, exhibiting a high level of personal ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team, partners, and customers.
