The Coordinator is part of a team supporting our vast content marketplace, including internally owned and partner-owned programs. This individual works closely with the GM and members of the leadership team to coordinate and assist with various operational tasks. The Coordinator has a keen eye for detail and is a self-starter with excellent communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conserve leadership’s time by managing calendars and travel, as well as drafting letters and documents.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
- Read and analyzing incoming emails and documents, and distributing them as needed.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Coordinate events as necessary.
- Maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Complete projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results.
- Create and manage agendas, minutes and other meeting assets.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other duties as required.
A. KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum High School or Associates Degree
- 3-5 years’ experience in project or executive coordination
B. SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Travel and scheduling logistics
C. ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Proven ability to work independently, exhibiting a high level of personal ownership and accountability.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
