A local business owner/entrepreneur in Southern California is currently looking to hire a motivated and energetic personal assistant, with an outstanding attitude, to handle administrative and professional tasks within the scope of the multiple businesses he manages and other professional endeavors.

This position requires that an applicant be extremely responsible, self-driven, and possess a winning, positive personality. This position will require an individual who wants to advance as businesses and opportunities grow and expand. Applicants must be based in Southern California with a very flexible schedule, as some professional travel may be required.


Job Description
  • Manage administrative duties with multiple businesses
  • Answer and return incoming customer phone calls, emails and messages
  • Reply to customers, clients, contacts and business partners
  • Perform personal assistant responsibilities for owner, when needed
  • Attend and participate in business meetings
  • Review contracts, proposals, and documents as directed
  • Schedule meetings for owner and executive staff as directed
  • Input and record data and information as needed
  • Publish social media posts on behalf of the businesses as directed
  • Shipping and receiving products
  • Light travel may be required

Qualifications
  • Must have an outgoing and positive attitude
  • Must be motivated, responsible and possess a strong work ethic
  • Must be responsible to complete all tasks by given deadlines
  • Must have flexible schedule
  • High school diploma or some college experience (Degree not required)
  • Light travel may be required
  • Must have current driver's license and U.S. passport
  • Proficiency in and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Some administrative, clerical, receptionist experience preferred
  • A background in customer service and public relations preferred

Additional Information
  • $2K - $3K per month
  • 20 to 25 hours per week
  • Hiring an independent contractor who will receive a 1099 tax form
  • Most work can be done from home
