Job Description
Gleaners Community Food Bank is hiring an Administrative Coordinator, a full-time position responsible for supporting activities related to the planning and execution of the Child and Adult Care Program (CACFP) and the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine data entry in Excel aggregate worksheets to track CACFP and SFSP program targets. Ensure data entry is accurate and complete.
- Prepare supporting data for weekly site reports and monthly MDE claim processing.
- Process program information, including emailing, copying, retrieving, transmitting and filing documents (site agreements, monitoring reports, etc.)
- Communicate menu and site schedule changes to vendors in a timely manner.
- Help collate and maintain prospective site lists for both programs.
- Assist manager with development and launch of training for summer SFSP staff, including monitors and counters.
- Complete required Michigan Department of Education CACFP and SFSP program training.
- Participate in site visits as needed.
- Actively participate in an environment that encourages communication and cross-functional teamwork.
- Demonstrate and support the Gleaners mission, vision and values throughout all professional responsibilities and activities.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
