Pediatric Dental office in a wonderful family-friendly north DFW community seeking an administrative assistant for our rapidly growing practice. Our office is an established stronghold in the community, and we are hoping to find somebody that goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service to our families. This position will encompass a broad range of front office duties, including assisting with scheduling patients, verifying insurance, and checking in/out customers for their appointments. It is a must that this person displays a high level of interpersonal skills, including excellent communication via verbally and in writing. Additionally, because we only see children, it is imperative to have an enthusiastic and optimistic attitude, and fun-loving personality. Although experience in a dental office is preferred, we are willing to train someone if they are the right fit for the position. Our office is currently open Monday through Thursday, 8am-5pm, occasional Fridays in the summer. If this sounds like an ideal fit for you, please email your resume with included references!

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
