What You'll Do:
- Support day to day business activities of the organization
- Support executive team members with calendar management
- Assist and participate as needed in ad hoc activities and special projects with various departments
- Own onboarding of new employees and offboarding of exiting employees
- Use your problem-solving skills to anticipate and prevent issues
- Assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable systems
- Maintain a fun, energetic, safe, and positive work environment by spearheading office parties, lunches, fun days, and company offsites
- Manage office equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries
- Responsible for answering the main telephone line
- Assist with offsites, etc.
- Act as a true multi-tasking ninja who understands the value of hustle
You Have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A friendly and professional attitude with a customer service focus
- Willingness to embrace new responsibilities
- Excellent research skills
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) as well as Microsoft Products
- Attention to detail, flexibility, reliability, and ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion
Phenomenal Team Members Have:
- 3+ years of relative experience in executive support
- A strong desire to exceed expectations
- Experience with Expensify, DocuSign, Salesforce, Google Admin, Quickbooks or bill.com
- Prior startup experience
