Job Description

Small Consulting and Insurance firm looking to hire a part-time-time ambitious individual that is professionally responsible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment; the following individual will be able to successfully perform the essential duties satisfactorily.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Daily responsibilities will include coordinating logs, sale reports, warranty information, manage inventory list, create an input sales logs, review contracts, also scheduling ; collecting, compiling, and tracking data; and necessary information to assure safe, on-time service, and customer satisfaction. Submit required reports and paperwork to Management in a timely fashion. Effectively communicates via email and telephone. Project a friendly, professional, and cordial demeanor to all customers, fellow employees and the communities we serve. Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely fashion. Answer multiple phone lines Coordinate several projects and personnel simultaneously. Ability to work independently and with the team. Excellent problem solving, time management and organizational skills. Process billing payments. Update and manage business marketing and advertising. Geographical knowledge of South Jersey and surrounding areas. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a clean criminal background. Must have a clean valid New Jersey driver's license Excellent customer service skills. Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contact Quick Books. Professional appearance and demeanor. At least 2 years of experience in related transportation or Office dispatching or clerical setting. Bachelor's Degree or higher (Preferred). Able to effectively communicate in Spanish & English, in both written and oral forms. Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Bookkeeping, Social Media. Texting, Emailing, Able to operate fax, copy, and scanner. Proficient in math: perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages. Ability to work evening, holidays, weekends are a must!
