Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have experience with multi-line phone systems, a busy office, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly; while also exhibiting high standards of customer service, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.


These Responsibilities are only a glimpse of what to expect in this role:

  • Answering multi-line calls for various organizations
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Assist Department Managers as needed
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad-hoc support around office as needed
  • Answering multi-line calls and dealing with vendors in a professional manner
  • Knowledge in logistics and routing

Qualifications

  • Pre-Employment Screening Required
  • High School Diploma/ GED with 2 years of experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Salary: $12.00 /hour
