Gateway serves teenage boys, ages fourteen to seventeen, struggling with: depression, anxiety, attention problems, social problems, diminished self-esteem, unresolved trauma, minor substance abuse and other addictions (e.g. computer, video gaming, pornography, etc.), difficulties at home, relationship problems, identity, and developmental issues, academic deficits, and other comparable challenges.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Full-time position with benefits
Starting pay $15 - $17 per hour based on professional experience
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail, organized mindset, ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven history of professionalism
- Ability to exercise discretion on sensitive and confidential matters
- Ability to prioritize & navigate direction from multiple departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on various projects.
- Ability to exercise effective judgment, and creativity to changing needs and situations.
- Ability to prioritize & resolve competing needs
ELIGIBILITY FOR THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEE TO:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Be able to pass a background check
- Have a clean driving record
- Two years of professional office experience
- High School Diploma Required
