Job Description
Located in Atlanta, Georgia, Deljou Art Group is the country's largest art publishing company specializing in the creation, promotion and distribution of original + digital artwork, photography and creative services. We are a growing company with nearly 40 years of business experience in multiple channels within the art industry.
We are seeking an experienced in-house administrative assistant/project manager who is highly organized, driven and a creative thinker. This person will report directly to the accounting department, and should be energetic, goal oriented and articulate.
Responsibilities & Requirements
· Reports to the Director of Administration
· Manage daily tasks and job challenges as they arise
· Self-motivated, focused and results oriented
· Extremely detail oriented and organized
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Able to provide the highest level of customer service
· Ability to manage processes and multiple projects simultaneously
· Ability to anticipate deadlines and proceed with a sense of urgency
· Effective communication skills – Verbal, listening and written
· Punctuality and excellent time management skills
· Works well within a team of experienced professionals, as well as independently
· High level of professionalism
· Previous experience working in a deadline driven environment
· Experience and proficiency with data entry required
