- Perform administrative duties such as managing calendars, schedules, travel, and expenses for four SVPs within the legal department.
- Support the legal teams with meeting planning, scheduling and document preparation.
- Organize team meetings, Continuing Legal Education programs, events and associated logistics.
- Attend meetings, identify and coordinate next steps, deliverables, etc.
- Manage the legal department’s financial processes for setting up vendors, submitting invoices and tracking expenses.
- Code and process invoices for payment.
- Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Cover for other assistants on breaks and vacations as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with external organizations and vendors.
- Collect, organize and maintain documents and files for the legal department.
- 4+ years of of experience supporting multiple senior employeees and their team activities.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strong skill set in developing and managing databases and reporting.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proactive, resourceful and demonstrates initiative.
- Curious and enthusiastic to try new things and be ahead of the curve.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with diverse populations and to be culturally competent.
- Strong knowledge of social media.
- Knowledge of the music/entertainment industry.
