Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is a full-time position. Will be vital to assist with office tasks during our peak business hours. We are seeking individuals who enjoy working in team environment and posses a strong ability to multi-task and be attentive to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments for up to 8 doctors
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes of clients
  • Answer inbound telephone calls on multi-line phone system
  • Utilize an organized filing system and maintain confidential documentation
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in medical or legal office administration or other related fields is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
