Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is a full-time position. Will be vital to assist with office tasks during our peak business hours. We are seeking individuals who enjoy working in team environment and posses a strong ability to multi-task and be attentive to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for up to 8 doctors
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes of clients
- Answer inbound telephone calls on multi-line phone system
- Utilize an organized filing system and maintain confidential documentation
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in medical or legal office administration or other related fields is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
