Summary:
Philadelphia CPA Firm in Manayunk is seeking a Administrative Assistant. The candidate should have strong oral and written communication skills. The candidate should have a commitment to client service, deadlines, a willingness to learn and accept new challenges, and be a flexible, highly organized, detail oriented, self-starter who is able to handle multiple projects.
Job Description:
- Database management
- Process federal individual, corporate, partnership, trust and payroll returns.
- Assist Staff with miscellaneous projects
- Learn the different tax forms
- Preparation research technical issues using online tools.
- Perform other duties as needed on engagements and as assigned.
- Schedule meeting via video or telephone
Basic Qualifications:
- College graduate
- Ability to work 40 hours a week plus additional hours on weekend as season progresses.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and QuickBooks.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Integrity, dependability, and trustworthiness and detailed oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously (multi-task).
- Ability to think independently and work collaboratively
- Ability to meet deadlines, work in a timely manner
