Job Description
The Huntington Learning Center in Mokena, IL is urgently hiring a reliable Administrator! The tasks of the office administrator will include managing student attendance and intakes, operational record keeping and scheduling staff. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. Teaching experience a plus. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our learning center and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Experience scheduling staff
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • College diploma
  • BSc/BA in office administration preferred
  • Restaurant, hospitality experience a plus
  • Teaching experience helpful
