To enable our continued growth, we are looking to add top talent to our dynamic organization.Responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager, Office Administration and under the day-to-day direction of an assigned executive, this position will be a visible leader, with both internal and external constituencies, and will provide a wide variety of complex duties requiring a high degree of accuracy, initiative, independent judgment, urgency, and confidentiality.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Handle trip envelopes for freight department.
Interact with customer pick-ups, deliveries, and common carriers.
Process all receiving for the plant site.
Data entry for manufacturing.
Processes returned material authorizations- Manage and maintain manager's schedule and calendars (when necessary)
- Coordinates meetings and activities including preparation of materials, physical and logistical arrangements, and travel details as required
- Prepare correspondence, memorandums, and communications on behalf or at the request of the manager and other administrators
- Reviews and handles appropriately all mail and deliveries, pursuing administrative action as needed
- Manages special projects from inception to completion as directed by manager or his assignees.
- Ensures office is organized and has appropriate supplies.
- Files documents and ensures compliance rules are followed.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Educational Requirements:
Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience Requirements:
3 - 5 years of administrative assistant or related experience- Experience with data entry, customer service, filing, and use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated good organizational and communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
The employee will be sitting at a desk for an extended period of time, so they must be able to sit in a chair for 8 hours at a time
