Salary: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 per annum, dependent on experience
Job Type: Full Time
Holidays: 12 paid holidays, 10 vacation days per year

The appropriate candidate will be able to be prioritize tasks and work with sometimes little direction.
Description of Primary Duties
Provide administrative support to the General Manager and CoGri USA:
- Receive and route email inquiries to the General Manager or appropriate employee
- Manage telephone inquiries
- Data input into our server when needed
- Arrange travel and accommodation for employees travelling inside the United States and abroad
- Keep track of office inventory
- Pick up mail from local mail box
- Prepare and schedule pickup of equipment
- Assist General Manager with online research
Essential Requirements:
· Excellent computer skills specifically in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Articulate and numerate
· An eye for detail
· Customer Focused
