Job Description

Administrative (Admin) Assistant:

Looking to immediately hire an Administrative Assistant to join our company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office and direct them to the correct staff member
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning
  • Manage multiple responsibilities at once by focusing on one task while keeping track of others
  • Support other departments by performing various tasks as needed
  • Enter data into computer database, files, and forms
  • Maintain office supplies inventory
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written
  • Knowledge of computers and MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED certification

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as an admin assistant/receptionist in an office environment

Schedule

  • 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
