Job Description

Fabco Shoes is a family-owned and operated company established in 1953. We have 41 shoe stores in New York and New Jersey. We are searching for an administrative assistant to help with basic office tasks and store repairs as well as property management for our sister real estate company. Responsibilities will include managing store utility accounts, tenant management, AR and bookkeeping, answering phones, and handling all the repairs in our stores as well as our owned and managed buildings. The position is ideal for someone who has some experience in these areas but more importantly is invested in learning new skills and has good energy when approaching assignments. You will be exposed to all facets of running an office and learn a great deal about business management. We are a small, laid-back office but everyone works hard. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
