Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team of professionals. We make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness in creating a center of excellence in hospice care.

Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide general office support for key administrative/management staff, in addition to providing customer service to patients/families, referral sources, and/or staff & office visitors. The work is performed under the direct supervision of an assigned supervisor but considerable leeway is granted for the exercise of independent judgment and initiative.

Qualifications:
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.

Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software required.

Ability to operate standard office equipment required.

Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.

Must be able to perform work accurately, and be able to prioritize work effectively.

Effective customer service skills required.

Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.

Ability to understand and follow oral and/or written policies, procedures and instructions.

Demonstrated commitment to the Seasons Hospice philosophy of care, values, mission statement and organizational culture.
