- Must have Prior Administrative Experience in an office / Confidentiality is a must
- Will be helping local office / contacting clients via telephone pre-screening clients for emergency assistance and to schedule client appointments.
- Will be copying, Scanning and file confidential documents into the state's eligibility system (Accent).
- Will have to learn specific DHS policies to ensure accuracy of assigned tasks.
- Need to have an advanced understanding and working knowledge of excel and word and basic ACCENT navigation
- Data entry skills
- Customer Service
- Great attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.
- Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
