Job Description

The Administrative Assistant supports the services of the team members to provide a smooth operating and efficient department.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
1) Administrative
  • Enter and retrieves data using Word, Excel or other databases;
  • Answers and triages calls;
  • Maintains team calendar(s);
  • Takes accurate messages;
  • Completes regulatory reporting via CrownWeb, etc.;
  • Completes monthly billing and inventory reports;
  • Sorts and distributes mail and sets up meetings;
  • Maintains inventory;
  • Greets all visitors and patients;
  • Provides clerical assistance to team members;
  • Order and maintains supplies; and
  • Understands and supports business goals.
2) Education
  • Attends team meetings and takes minutes as requested; and
  • Ensures all required regulatory training attained annual

3) Performs similar or related duties as requested or directed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education
  • High School diploma or GED;
  • AA degree preferred
Experience
  • At least 12 months experience as an Administrative Assistant;
  • BA degree can be substituted for relevant work experience
Skills
  • Excellent PC skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Able to function at a high level with little operational oversight;
  • Excellent problem solving skills; and
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills; able to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with diverse backgrounds and different organizational levels.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to sit and work at computer for extended periods of time;
  • Walk, sit, lift no more than 20 pounds; and
  • Must be willing to travel to network facilities and sites as needed.
