Overview:
CableCom is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Benicia, California. This is a remote position; however, the candidate must be available to come into the Benicia office as needed and must be available during the core business hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Successful candidate must have at least 6 months of data entra experience. Must have knowledge of general office procedures, job tracking, computer skills, and other office experience. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to pass a background check and drug screen. We offer competitive pay and an extensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned tasks as related to specific functions that may include any combination of General Clerical duties, tasks, or special projects as required or assigned (i.e. answering phones, filing, data entry, making copies, etc.).
- Maintain a neat and orderly office environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 6 months of data entry experience.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
- Proficiency in the use of computers, office equipment, and office software.

- Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime and some weekends when necessary.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
- Standing - 6 to 8 hours daily.
- Walking - 4 to 6 hours daily.
- Climbing - 0 to 2 hours daily.
- Bending/Twisting - 0 to 2 hours daily.
- Repetitive Motion(grasping, manipulation) - 0 to 2 hours daily.
- Lifting (weights up to 100 lbs.) - occasionally.
- Lift & Carry (weights of 50 to 60 lbs.) - occasionally.
