Job Description

In support of the entire Prink team the Administrative and Digital Content Specialist is responsible for contributing in a positive way to our culture and our business.

Prink is a custom fabrication business in the process of growing. Growth involves pain, and we are working hard to manage those pains. We are a team of 11 individuals working toward a vision to become a PNW destination for custom builds and employment. At Prink it is our mission to partner with our community as we create experiences for people and beautification for spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite services in administrative support
  • Conducting office projects
  • Maintaining information and records, sometimes be able to note take for meetings
  • Receiving visitors
  • Managing phone calls
  • Maintaining office supplies and managing a cleaning schedule around the office and kitchen areas- no bathrooms!
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Employment processing
  • Filing and data entry
  • Provide customer service with a professional attitude
  • Take incoming calls and direct pertinent information to appropriate staff
  • Answer emails within a timely manner
  • Social media
  • Choose photos for Instagram
  • Edit photos in Adobe Lightroom
  • Generate copy and hashtags for posts
  • Post on Instagram and Facebook pages
  • Engage with customers and other businesses on Instagram
  • Take photos and video as needed
  • Coordinate with other staff to get images for social media
  • Shopify
  • Make edits to Shopify site layout, appearance, or navigation as needed
  • Maintain list of products and their stock on Shopify
  • Check for new orders and pass information on to relevant team members
  • Troubleshoot any issues or difficulties
  • Manage discount or promotional codes
  • QuickBooks Commerce
  • Import new products into the catalog
  • Enter sales orders
  • Check for and process new orders through B2B E-Commerce platform
  • Manage stock of products
  • Create new renders for products when needed in Adobe Photoshop
  • Make updates to products as needed
  • Add new customers to B2B E-Commerce platform

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Office admin, preferred
  • Google suite, preferred
  • Experience working with a small team of lunatics, or experience demanding from people the information you need
  • Addressing needs as they happen and the confidence to push back, because we are learning this thing as we go and sometimes it can get busy
  • Metaphorically speaking, if you have changed tires on a moving car and want to break stuff with us, you would be a good fit

Education:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
