Job Description
Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer (COO), provide analytical and professional level administrative support for human resources-related issues including recruitment, training and development, and general HR support in consultation with COO, Management team, Assistant Directors, and Director of Maintenance and Alterations. Responsibilities include the ability to meet deadlines by following departmental guidelines and University policies and procedures, problem identification and resolution of personnel related issues in the areas of employment, recruitment, employee relations and training to ensure client's needs are met. Skill in initiating and prioritizing work to accurately reflect importance of job responsibilities and adjust priorities as needed.

1. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative, trusting relationships with senior management, management team members, campus administrators, officials, department employees, co-workers, and the campus community as a whole.
