POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma or the equivalent is required. Experience in processing of time sheets, invoicing, claims processing, work orders, customer service and accounting background highly desirable but not required. The selected candidate must be able to work as part of a team, have the ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, possess good organizational skills and maintain a high degree of initiative and dependability. Five years of related experience are required for the A level. The individual will be required to travel to other Area Work Centers when needed.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Performs a variety of complex duties associated with analyzing technical documents received from field personnel. Review and maintain Customer Operations and New Service records. Support Meter & Service Department administrative duties. Receive and respond to internal and external customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience. Investigate and analyze a variety of reports associated with Meter & Service assignments and New Service STORMS requirements to meet goal initiatives. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Assist internal and external customers. Resolve inquiries from customer service, the clearing desk, electrical contractors, property owners and other utilities and agencies. Gather, review, analyze, prepare and process comprehensive data for numerous record systems including but not limited to STORMS, DARS, MIMS, C2, CACS, Fieldnet, ARCOS, Power Track, Workday, Workforce, Cascade and Notify Databases. Representatives will be expected to be proficient in most of the mentioned systems. Process multiple department payrolls and have knowledge of company policies and union contracts to determine comprehensive pay issues. Handle sensitive customer account information. Timely completion of records in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures. Assist in the instruction and training of new and less experienced representatives as required. Support emergency restoration efforts for Eversource.

This will be posted internally and externally, but first consideration will be given to individuals with contractual rights to the position. Position can be filled at the B. Level, which is requiring three years of related experience.
