Full Gorilla Apparel is an on-field custom athletic apparel manufacturer seeking a detail-oriented individual, with prior experience playing sports, coaching, being a team parent or board member, or a die-hard sports fan to oversee the daily business operations. In this role, you will be required to communicate with both customers and production staff on an ongoing basis to ensure all orders are being processed accurately and without delay. Organization and attention to details is a MUST as each and every order is customized and unique. Working independently and multi-tasking is required, but also providing support and/or supervise administrative staff as needed. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company operations and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Job Duties:
- managing day-to-day operations;
- data entry into company database including entering customer info and job order details;
- sending job order approvals to customers and collecting payment;
- working with production staff and ensuring job orders are 100% accurate prior to manufacturing;
- communication with customers regarding status of orders;
- communication with vendors;
- making travel and meeting arrangements;
- preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems;
- general office duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, writing and distributing emails, ordering office supplies, maintaining customer database
Skills Required:
- must be proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Excel;
- must have excellent oral and written communication skills;
- strong organizational skills
- must be able to handle demanding work during peak seasons
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay

- Associate (Preferred)
