Job Description
Performs a variety of complex and confidential administrative, secretarial and clerical duties for the Assistant Vice President, Supply Chain Management and division managers. Responsibilities Include, But are Not Limited to:

- Places, receives and screens telephone calls, handles issues when applicable, and takes detailed messages.
- Greets, screens, and directs internal customers, medical staff, and vendor representatives, etc.
- Schedules appointments and maintains Supply Chain Management leader’s calendars.
- Organize programs, events, meetings or conferences. Prepares agendas and miscellaneous documents.
Requirements:
Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field
