MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited
by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or by
the United States Department of Education (USDE). Major course work
in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field
preferred. Each year of experience as described below in excess
of the required one year may be substituted for thirty semester
hours from an accredited college or university on a year-for-year
basis.
2. One year full-time, wage-earning clerical, secretarial,
administrative support, or technical program support experience.
3. Computer operation experience preferred.
4. Criminal justice experience preferred.
- Must have or be able to obtain a certificate of course completion
and procedures training from the Texas Department of Public Safety
within six months of employment.
Must meet and maintain TLETS access eligibility for continued

**The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member)
will be $2,528.83.**
The following Military Occupational Specialty codes are generally
applicable to this position. Applicants must fully complete the
summary of experience to determine if minimum qualifications are
met. 15, 36, 42, 56, 68, 88, 89, 92, AZ, CS, LS, PS, RP, SH, SN,
YN, 360, 420, SK, 01, 30, 60, 66, 3A, SDI, 8A200
Skill to type 45 WPM net with no more than 10 errors preferred.
