Job Description
Research and respond to written and telephone inquiries from customers regarding unemployment claim status, program requirements and procedures.
Make determinations on eligibility issues and complete written decisions to parties of interest following policy, legal precedents and state and federal law.
Review reports on unemployment insurance activity; identify and correct errors and conduct follow-up with appropriate parties as necessary.
Other duties as deemed appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or GED
2-4 years of work experience performing administrative, customer or employment service duties.
These duties must include providing information and assistance to customers by receiving and processing information and assisting or directing customers in implementing and completing necessary steps to resolve issues or satisfy inquires. Related college-level coursework may be substituted for the four years of required work experience requirement on a year-for-year basis.

· Eligibility Determinations and/or Unemployment Insurance Experience
· Drafting Written Decisions
· Strong Writing Skills

sufficient
v. Be able to pass the Genesys Diagnostic test ensuring the device has sufficient audio
quality to manage calls
b. Recommended:
i. Audio device can be worn by CSR comfortably for 40 hour work week
ii. Device has sufficient return policy to return if it does not meet requirements during the
training/testing period
7. Smartphone
a. Minimum Requirements: Android or Apple smartphone with working camera and capability of installing applications necessary for daily system login
Note: Background program and processes may affect the performance of a computer regardless of hardware/software/internet requirements being met. Equipment must be able to run all project programs/processes which primarily include AWS, VCC, and VMWare.
