Hattie Larlham Activities Assistants have fun each and every day on outings, activities and field trips with people with developmental disabilities and special needs. Build a relationship and be the familiar face someone looks forward to everyday. Assist with day programming to persons served with a focus on community based activities.

The enthusiasm, encouragement and positive demeanor of the Activities Assistant helps people with disabilities to engage in a variety of outings and activities such as bowling, movie theaters, sledding, shopping, attending plays, interacting with different people and much more! Other services include assisting persons served with personal care, transportation, building interpersonal relationships, and other services outlined in the individual service plan (ISP).

The Activities Assistant postion, located in Middleburg Heights, is Part-time, 30 hours/week and eligible for health insurance benefits. Working hours are Monday- Friday between 9a-3p. Must be willing to learn how to drive our bus. Must have a High School Diploma/GED and Ohio Driver's License with no more than 5 points.
