*ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
*Long Fence is currently accepting applications for a Full Time Accounts Receivable/ Collections Representative in our Odenton Office. Qualified candidates should be knowledgeable in general Construction Billing: AIA Forms, Wage Reports, Retention, Online Billing , Excel, etc. Individuals should be detailed oriented, organized and able to work independently. Must possess good math skills. Training provided. Long Fence offers excellent benefits to include: Med., Dent., Vision and 401(k). AA/EOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounts Receivable: 2 years (Preferred)

Dutie(s):

• Responding to customer questions and resolving issues
• Clerical functions such as billing, estimates, monthly statements, etc.
• Collecting customer payments in accordance with payment due dates
• Making collection calls on outstanding accounts
• Submitting delinquent accounts to attorney or outside agency for collection
