Accounts Receivable Clerk

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and continually monitor all accounts receivable
• Reconcile and post cash receipts and prepare deposit daily
• Prepares accounts receivable statement monthly
• Reconciles statements and follows up on past-due invoices as necessary
• Process new credit applications for wholesale customers
• Complete month end procedures as assigned
• Assist office team with accounting as needed

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of Accounting experience
• ADP/CDK experience preferred
• Automotive experience preferred
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and receivables

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
