Job Description
The Goodman Group Restaurants Inc. is now hiring! We are a McDonald’s Franchise; our organization currently owns and operates 22 stores in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island. We have an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable/Compliance Specialist to join our team at our corporate office in Melville, NY. This role is in the office but will be supporting and assisting the stores off site.
We are seeking a reliable, organized individual who is able to multitask, is a self-starter and is able to work independently and with others.
Below are general roles and responsibilities required in this role (including but not limited to):
· Accounts payable
· Daily deposit reconciliations
· Coin orders
· Permit tracking
· Violation resolution tracking
· End of month financial reporting
· Scheduling appointment for annual compliance certifications
Requirements:
- Bilingual- English/Spanish speaking preferred but not mandatory
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented
- Proactive
Job Type: Full-time- Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm
Pay Range: $18.00/hr to $20.00/hr
