Job Description
Well-established Property Management Company is seeking an entry level Accounts Payable/Administrative Clerk to join our corporate office in Newport Beach, CA. Preferably candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant or related field skills.

- General understanding of accounting and payment processing.
Job Functions:
- Open and prepare invoices for payment.
- Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.
- Scanning AP records into the electronic filing system and working with management to achieve company paperless goals.
- Communicate with third-party vendors regarding the accuracy of invoices.
- Prepare checks for mailing to assure timely payment of vendors.
- Respond to public inquiries.
- Maintain a general filing/scanning system and file/scan all correspondences.
- Support the executive team and office staff as needed.
Compensation:
DOE: $17-$19
