We are seeking a hardworking and fun individual to help the momentum of our culture to continue to develop. The Accounts Payable Supervisor oversees, trains and assists their team members to maximize their performance in the areas of customer service, safety and personnel training in conjunction with company standards and branch goals. They may also assist the Operations Manager and Controller in other functions as deemed necessary. What you’ll be doing:
· Monitor, post and clear Paccar Purchase Orders, other vendors Purchase Orders, stock transfers, and core returns/factory receivables
· Collaborate with AP team to ensure schedules are researched, that necessary journal entries are completed and purchase orders that have not been received are researched – identifying issues
· Print/match/post AP invoices and credit memos to the branch as assigned, charging cost to the appropriate GL account, location, etc.
· Assist the PacLease staff and AP clerks with research and posting of complex accounting entries
· Work with Inventory Control and Parts Department on open stock transfers that have not been received
· Manage and train the AP Parts Clerks and Receptionists
· Act as back up for Accounts Receivable, as needed.

What you’ll need:
- Minimum 18 years of age with High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lead and direct teams to achieve objectives and follow established best practices
· Excellent customer service skills and a “Can Do” attitude
· Willingness to learn and grow and an ability to exercise good judgement
· Industry related technical experience/knowledge including general computer literacy and Microsoft Office
· Ability to bend to floor-level and reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary, the stamina to stand and walk for the entire work shift and lift up to 70 lbs.

Pay: $56,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
