We’re Hiring a Accounts Payable Clerk for our Middletown, PA office
. In this role, you will provide accounts payable support to the Country View Family Farm Teams, both in the office, on the farms and out in the field. You will report to the Controller and be a vital component in the success of our daily operations.

What You Would Be Doing

  • Invoice Processing
  • Respond to business inquires.
  • Review vendor statements to ensure no past due or missing invoices
  • Assist with check runs as needed
  • Scanning of Invoices as required
  • Scanning and depositing CVFF Check Deposits as needed
  • Reconcile Cash Deposit as needed
  • Back up mail responsibilities
  • Reviewing and processing weekly expense statements
  • Follow up with Business Owners on Expense Report documentation
  • Attend Meetings as requested
Qualifications:

This Role is for You if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field. (Preferred)
  • You have 1-3 years of Account Payable experience. (Preferred but willing to consider training qualified individuals)
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You have the ability to interact with Team Members and Vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • You are multi-task oriented and a team player.
  • You possess good computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and accounting programs.(Excel, Access, Word, etc)
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are able to prioritize to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
