Responsibilities include processing invoices for payment; review of vendor requests for appropriate documentation and approval; respond to all vendor inquiries; Assist other employees with issues within our payment systems; Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. The candidate must have excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. Applicant must be a team player as well as be able to work independently. Applicant must also be able to work in a fast pace environment to meet daily and weekly deadlines. The individual must be computer literate and have basic knowledge of AP operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Prior AP experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
