Job Description
This is a part-time position and can lead to full-time depending on performance. Work hours are estimated to be about 20-30 hours per week to start Please submit a resume and cover letter if you have met all requirements. Background and Drug screen and reference check required.
Software Requirement:
  • Spreadsheet Software (pivot tables, formulas & macros).
  • Office/Word Processing Software.
  • Netsuite and quickbook preferred.

Experience and Duties:
  • Must understand all general Accounting/Bookkeeping functions.
  • Monitor Amazon inventory report and report discrepancies and request for reimbursement.
  • Reconcile Amazon payout report.
  • Monitor Amazon payout report for fee changes, discrepancies, and requests for reimbursement.
  • Reconcile AR and AP.
  • Prepare and submit sales and use tax.
  • Account Reconciliation such as credit card and bank statement.
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, such as vendor communication, notes, files, invoices, packing lists; Scan and organize files.
  • Ability to perform detailed work with mathematical computations rapidly and accurately.

Education Level
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related course work.
