Job Description
Our Accounting team is GROWING, and we have an opening for an Accounting Representative III
**The right person will have the opportunity to grow into a role as an Office or Accounting Manager!

Accounting Representative III
ScheduleFlexible 40-hour work week (e.g., 4x10, flexible start times, flexible end times)
Key responsibilities for an Accounting Representative III include but are not limited to:
- Perform a range of routine accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash receipts, Account Reconciliations, and Auditing.
- Review, code, and verify transactions and journal entries.
- Reconcile office records and schedules against the General Ledger.
- Research and resolve issues and exceptions.
- Complete simple and complex calculations and assist with Trial Balance(s).
- Create and maintain a collaborative team environment.
- Serve a resource for less experienced accounting staff.
- Work independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements
Key qualifications for an Accounting Representative III include but are not limited to:
- 3-5 years of Accounting or Finance related experience, and/or equivalent education, specialized training, or certification
- Automotive Accounting Experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Auditing best practices and processes
- Critical thinking skills to perform needed analysis and provide useful financial reports
- Detail Oriented
- Well versed in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to interact with many levels of staff, effectively communicating what is needed
