Description
US auto Credit is seeking an Accounting Clerk for their finance division. This is an excellent opportunity for a detailed-oriented individual.
Responsibilities include:
- Strong general ledger reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts Payables
- Accounts Receivables
- Create spread sheets using Excel
- Understanding of general accounting principles
- Monthly and year end accounting functions.
- Filing
Qualifications: Must have current working experience with Microsoft Excel
(Knowledge of formulas, sorting, filters, importing, pivot tables, queries). Versatility is essential. Qualified applicants must have organization skills that include multi tasking in a fast pace environment.
Work Hours: Full Time – Must be flexible to work scheduled hours at month end.
All applicants are required to demonstrate the ability to pass all pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, drug test and be able to present a valid driver's license.
