Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

·Create, review and distribute invoices, account statements, monthly aircraft owner statements and other financial reports as needed.
·Reconciliation of aircraft activity folders, flight logs and expense reports to ensure accurate and prompt invoices reach clients in a timely manner.
·Maintain and update aircraft fleet subscriptions and maintenance service plans to ensure compliance and proper billing.
·Serve as main point of contact for office staff, pilots, aircraft owners and charter clients with regards to billing/invoicing items.
·Maintaining accuracy of customer account information while exercising the highest level of confidentiality.
·Work closely with and support multiple departments within the organization with administrative oversight. Must be able to work well with other members of the organization.
·Assist with payroll and additional human resource support.
·Effectively train new employees on proper expense reporting procedures, trip folder submission and recordkeeping items.
·Exercise independent judgment, decision-making abilities and the desire to become a key member of the organization.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

- 2 to 5 years of applicable work experience

- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office

- A passion to learn, increase skills, and take on new projects and responsibilities

- Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines in a fast paced setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
