Accounting Assistant

As Accounting Assistant, you will work closely with the Controller, Accounting Manager, and the rest of the Strategy and Finance team. You will report to the Accounting Manager and collaborate frequently with internal stakeholders throughout the company.

In this role you will:

• Review and release daily funding to SMB customers.
• Identify and apply cash payments.
• Investigate discrepancies and payment rejections.
• Verify and reconcile internal applications on a daily basis to ensure the total funding agrees to Salesforce.
• Work on operational projects as they arise.
• Provide support for Account Servicing and Sales teams as needed.
• Assist in the accounts payable process.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of related experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Good with numbers, and interest in the accounting, finance field.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Available to work hours of 10:30am to 7:30pm, Monday through Friday.
