Job Summary
As part of the accounting team this position will be responsible for assisting in the company’s overall accounting function, performing day-to-day processes and procedures, and preparation of monthly close and reporting processes.
You will work with multiple facilities within the ADDMAN Group family.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure payments are accurate and timely
- Answers accounts receivable and payable inquiries and resolves outstanding issues quickly, including customer collection of past due invoices
- Matches invoices against purchase orders and prepares vendor payments
- Assist with Concur expense reporting
- Lead sales tax reporting and return preparation
- Support inventory assessments and physical inventory audits
- Reconciles general ledger balances
- Support and execute timely month end close process and preparing required adjusting journal entries
- Process continuous improvement
- Maintains attendance records
- Other projects and reporting as needed

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional additive manufacturing, traditional manufacturing and office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as printing equipment, computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.

Required Education and Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in finance or related field
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship and must be an eligible U.S. Person
- Experience with general manufacturing organization preferred
- Experience within the aerospace or additive manufacturing industry considered a plus
Skills Required:
- Working in general ledger, accounts receivable & accounts payable systems
- Advanced computer skills with high proficiency in excel spreadsheets
- Able to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities to exceed employee expectations
- Work independently, strong work ethic, is self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to lead and work on cross-functional teams to support the core business, ensuring quality products are delivered on time
- Computer aptitude (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Must be a team player and willing to learn new skills and concepts
