Account Representative

Our client is looking for a results-oriented individual with corporate experience and the ability to successfully develop and maintain relationships with clients. The individual will be responsible for taking all calls and emails from customers and resolving any issues they may have. The Account Representative works closely with the Sales Team and Marketing Department, and spends most of their day on the phone or computer ordering inventory and responding to customer requests. The right candidate will have a positive attitude and be able to support a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide service to customers.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to service customers.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Oversee installation of communication devices in vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
