Account Representative

Location:

Job Duties:

• Take inbound calls from corporate customers (Direct Bill with net 30 terms) to resolve billing issues and answer questions.

• Ensure payments are posted properly. Re-apply per remittance advice as needed. Re-bill invoices to make corrections if applicable.

• Make outbound calls to accounts on hold and ensure timely collection of aging within specified alpha range.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

• High level of accuracy

• Excellent note taking skills

• Ability to type 45 wpm

• Comfortable using a computer and Microsoft office programs

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent
