TAK Communications, Inc., a leading multi-state cable television installation firm, is seeking a Account Reconciliation Specialist in Sioux Falls, SD. Experience is preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate for this full-time position.

This is an hourly paid position $14 - $16, based on experience. One weekend shift per week, and some evening hours until 8 PM may be required due to business needs. Hours of operation are 7AM to 8PM, 7 Days a week with varying shifts/hours. The option for 4 ten-hour shifts, or 5 eight-hour shifts are available.

Due to COVID-19, our Reconciliation Specialists are currently working remotely from home. All equipment needed for the role will be provided by TAK while the employee needs to have internet service. When feasible, this position will report in-person to our Sioux Falls office for work.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Account Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for reconciling client statements for jobs completed by our technicians and resolving any discrepancies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Responsible for reconciling our client statements against jobs completed by our technicians
  • Work with appropriate internal and external teams to correct discrepancies identified during reconciliation
  • Create different reports to share with other team members
  • Communicate with Technicians regarding coding errors
  • Manipulate Excel Spreadsheets
  • Special projects as assigned
. Requirements:

PREFERRED CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent related work experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or an accounting role preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
  • Knowledge of Telecommunication products and services
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work seated for prolonged periods of time
  • Knowledge of Telecommunication products and services
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to pass background and drug screen
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes in processes
