Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Account Manager/Dealer Account Specialist that can handle high volumes. Your primary objective will be to perform standard Dealer Support Specialist responsibilities at a higher level, using accumulated knowledge, skills, and judgement to further assist dealers, customer, and other team members with more in-depth tasks.

Duties:

The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding activities of new dealership accounts by performing the following tasks:

  • Receive dealership paperwork to add new dealers and programs
  • Set-up new dealers in SCS
  • Assist Sales Support with pricing requests
  • Assist agents & dealers with product menus
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve any issues for our dealers

  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and follow-up skills, verbally and in writing
  • Ability to define problems and collect data
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team
  • A great multi-tasker with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent telephone skills

Software knowledge:

  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
