POSITION SUMMARY:1/ST EXPERIENCE is seeking a driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented Account Executive, Premium Sales. The Account Executive, Premium Sales is primarily responsible for selling ticket inventory around our marquee events and nationwide venues including, but not limited to: Suites, Reserved Seating Experiences, and All-Inclusive Hospitality. These products will be sold primarily via preset face-to-face appointments, in-event opportunities, self-prospecting, B2B campaigns, and cold calls. The Account Executive, Premium Sales will work under the guidance of the VP, Ticket Sales + Premium Sales in a team-first, fast paced sales environment. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
  • Meet or exceed established yearly revenue and premium seating goals set for new business.
  • Prospect and cultivate new sales leads through creative lead generation methods, as well as follow up on leads provided internally.
  • Conduct sales conversations via phone presentations, in-office meetings, and meetings at the venue(s).
  • Entertain and nurture relationships with clients and prospects through creative means including but not limited to: networking events, speaking engagements, one-on-one dinners/lunches, and outside meetings.
  • Perform accurate and skilled deal closings.
  • Enter all pertinent prospect and customer information in CRM platform for efficient reporting and historical data purposes.
  • The candidate will be accountable for certain levels of activity (calls and appointments), appointment goals, and closed sales and revenue goals.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business or sports management.
  • Minimum of three years of successful sales experience in sports, media, and/or direct sales is preferred.
  • Experience and success in developing and building relationships with a creative consultative approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently; self-motivation is a must.
  • Due to the nature of this project, the candidate must be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, and game days.
OTHER INFORMATION:Licenses, Certifications, Registration: Requires a General Occupational (Slot) License (Located at Casino, mandatory for all employees) Location: Gulfstream Park, 901 S. Federal Highway, Hallandale Beach, FL Hours: Monday to Friday / 9-6pm generally. Hours may be flexible. Occasionally, some weekends and events may be required that fall out of this typical work week to meet business needs.
