We are looking to hire an Account Manager. The ideal candidate should possess strong account management skills and be a proven team leader. They should have the ability to deliver services as per agreed service levels, manage workflows in a distributed work environment, and lead or participate actively in contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary range: $35000 - $50000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and take responsibility for quality control of the team’s work and provide constructive feedback on the tone and creative direction of the work.
  • Coordinate sales and share key information between the client, sales team, design team, and general contractors.
  • Assist with post-sales processes.
  • Grow the existing portfolio and help merchants optimize their payment processing activities.
  • Maintain quick response times between clients and all internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and product.
  • Display a strong understanding of each client’s business model in order to effectively promote and up-sell solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales, procurement, and construction teams to improve workflows.
  • Communicate client insights across all relevant departments to optimize customer experience and add value across our portfolio.
  • Provide accounts with superior and professional service, support, and follow-up on operational issues as they arise.

Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) is an asset. Excellent MS Office (particularly MS Excel) abilities.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs is a plus.
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining close attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
